Sit up right in a chair with a mirror in front of you, now you can begin the exercise, which involves the opening and closing of the mouth, if you are suffering from tempormandibualr you will be seeing your jaw or mouth open to one side then you have to put more effort making sure the mouth open and closes correctly, this should be done 10 time in a session, you can perform 3 session in a day. This will help strengthen the jaw tissues and making it to open and close properly.
